I first fell in love with Magnolias in the beginning of 2010 which led me on a crazy path to learn to colour! Much of my inspiration came from the talented Magnolia team who I continue to admire today. I am so excited to join them and inspire you to love Maggies as much as I do.

Hello Everyone, I have a new video to share with you, sharing my process step by step as I colour Tilda from the Summer Breeze collection using my no lines technique. The video goes for an hour and a half and so it is quite lengthy, but I haven’t sped it up and I talk you through my colouring so you can really understand what goes on in my head as I’m colouring, well an idea anyway. :) I hope you enjoy the video and if you want to see »

Hello Everyone, I have a new card to share with you from a day relaxing last Sunday. I wanted to have a play with one of the new Tilda’s from the summer club kit and thought it would be fun to create a scene. I used the Tilda Sailor (don’t know her name yet) and masked her and then stamped the ‘Rescue Tower’ which is from last years collection, and then to make it beachy, I stamped the ‘Palm Trees’ which are from »

It has taken some time but finally I have sat down to take a video of my no lines technique, which is the technique of stamping your stamp with a lighter ink than black. It leaves faint lines and when you colour they look like they disappear. You can see the very first image I coloured here and then the technique swept across the craft world with many crafters now colouring using this method as the results can often be stunning! The magnolia stamp »

Hello Maggie Lovers, I have another card for you made having coloured the gorgeous ‘Tilda with Rosettes (Special Moments Collection) using the no lines technique once again. It’s funny because I coloured a Tilda the other day with black lines and I nearly wasn’t sure what to do! It just wasn’t the same. I’ll hopefully make her into a card soon enough to post. :) Anyhow here is my card that I made. I was attempting another »

Hello Maggie lovers! I coloured Tilda with Big Tulips (With Love Collection) using the no lines technique, and making it easier to colour I started by masking her and then sponging the colour on the background. This helps to leave a ‘glow’ along edges without feeling the need to define the edge as you colour or should I say ‘trace’ around the edge to help form it. The background colour does this for you and so you can simply »

Hi Everyone, Just a quick post to share a little project I have been colouring up over the last few days. Just one for fun. :) I was trying something new with the background and after stamping ‘Tilda with Sling Shot’ I masked her and then used distress inks and foam pads to blot the background. I used a mixture of Peacock feathers and Scattered Straw – then to get the splotchy finish I did one spray of some glimmer mist spray in »
